When do I receive my course? 
Print courses are sent via Priority Mail, with an estimated arrival time of 2-3 days. Email courses are sent the same day for orders received up until 8 PM EST.  If you do not receive your email course, check your spam folder as some browsers filter the courses.  If you still do not see your course, please call for assistance.

How do I get my certificate? 
When you complete the course, please send the answer sheet, affidavit of completion and course evaluation form to Therapy Education Zone Inc via fax or mail.  You may also scan and email the forms.  Your certificate will be mailed via First class US mail.  If you need a copy immediately, simply request a faxed copy in addition to the mailed original.  It is our commitment to help you complete your continuing education in time for license renewal deadlines.
